He said the Telegram messenger did not encourage any calls for violence, adding that it had been followed worldwide for the past seven years.

Pavel durov reported that Telegram never stood in support of the violence, despite widespread protests in various parts of the world, including Belarus, Iran, Thailand and Hong Kong.

He also said that he is committed to supporting human rights.
Pavel Durov said that in early January there were many complaints about protests in the United States and appropriate action was taken.

He also told that hundreds of calls that incited violence were cut. Pavel Durov also said that he was closely monitoring events in the United States.
